Current Test Drive Precautions

When asked if it’s safe to test drive vehicles during the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure our clients know that we are following all CDC and local guidelines. For added safety during this Shelter in Place, the Rusnak Auto Group is using the following precautions when taking test drives with our valued clients in the OC area. Learn how our dealerships are working hard to prevent California coronavirus cases and keep our neighbors safe.

To help limit the chance of coronavirus cases in the Anaheim Hills and Orange County areas…

• Test drives are currently limited to two people (client & sales associate).
• Prior to all test drives, both must take their temperature with a no contact thermometer.
• Both the client and sales associate must also wear masks and gloves and a seat cover will be installed in the driver’s seat.

Our OC coronavirus prevention measures also include social distancing:

• While on the road, the sales associate will sit in the rear passenger seat for proper car dealership social distancing protocols.
• Test drives will take place for a 10 minute maximum duration and the air conditioning will be turned off.
• Frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned before and after every test drive.
