The sales experience was fine. I added an what turned out to be an extended warranty when purchasing, which I wasn't fully given details for (that's on me). Subsequently cancelled in the following weeks with the warranty service and I cannot get in touch with Mark in the finance department or the dealership to get the credit back for the warranty. The warranty service has confirmed the cancellation but the absolute dodging by the dealership is shameful.

Our experience was poor. The salesman was fine and did his job. A guy named Joe was great! Joe probably saved our deal with his kindness and consideration.
The finance experience was very poor. We had financing in place with our bank but allowed the dealer to try and get us a better rate. That resulted in 4 credit inquiries and our credit scores fell 50 points in a matter of 2-3 days.

I have purchased a Land Rover Defender on 02/11 from the dealer. While purchasing I was reluctant to add tyre and wheel protection for the vehicle but after some convincing from the Finance Manager Mark I also purchased the tyre and wheel protection plan for $2500. The Land Rover Anaheim Hills Service Department is demeaning and incompetent - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they drop the ball on items scheduled and confirmed, including the rental car - they missed a coolant leak when the car was specifically brought in for a coolant inspection.
Sadly disappointed in the lack of service and quality - although, they were well versed in excuses; they even had the audacity to suggest a coolant leak was too complicated for me to understand.

The only negative was that no one came out to see what we wanted when we arrived until we walked into the dealership. Only then did a sales person make contact. We walked around and looked at several vehicles for at least 15 minutes and no one came out to greet us.
