The standard-wheelbase model seats either five or four passengers, depending on whether you opt for Executive Class Rear Seats. The Long Wheelbase model seats either five or seven passengers—and the option to add a third-row bench marks a significant departure from previous lineup.
Seated inside the cabin, you’ll encounter features including Pivi Pro with 13.1-inch Touchscreen, a Meridian™ Sound System, 20-way heated electric front seats, and Perforated Windsor Leather upholstery—and that’s just in the entry-level trim. The Range Rover is a large and powerful SUV, built to power your boldest adventures—and the Range Rover interior dimensions do not disappoint. With the standard wheelbase, this SUV offers up to 40.4 inches of second-row legroom and up to 83.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats flat.
Upgrade with the extended wheelbase, and you’ll have up to 48.0 inches of second legroom—a measurement that virtually no rival can match. Plus, these models offer up to 92.8 cubic feet of cargo space under ideal conditions. The seven-passenger model provides 40.4 inches of legroom in the second row and 35.8 inches in the third, giving it a clear edge against other three-row SUVs.
The latest Range Rover reviews have praised this model’s new powertrain lineup, and it’s not hard to see why. The Range Rover SE models receive a P400 AWD Powertrain with 395 horsepower and mild-hybrid tuning. A 523-hp V8 is optional here, and standard on Autobiography, First Edition, and SV models.
However, no option is more exciting than Land Rover’s all-new plug-in hybrid powertrain, the P440e. This option is available for the SE trim, and since it offers an electric driving range of up to 48 miles, it allows the Range Rover to compete with some of the most efficient SUVs on the market.
The 2023 Range Rover has not yet been evaluated by the NHTSA or the IIHS, but you can rest assured that this model is safe for daily drives through Orange County and Corona. Even as standard, this model comes equipped with a surround-view parking camera system, lane-keep assistance, blind spot monitoring, forward emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control. Hands-free parking assistance is optional, even if you opt not to upgrade your trim.

The current Range Rover is offered with three powertrains: a 3.0L i6 that churns out 355 hp, a 5.0L V8 that delivers 518 hp, and a supercharged 5.0L V8 that sets you up with 557 hp. No matter which engine you select, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the world’s most impressive off-road capabilities, along with an impressive towing capacity. All this is to say that the Range Rover is ready for just about anything you can throw at it.
HIgh-end luxury vehicles do not always undergo testing by the NHTSA or the IIHS, and that means official 2022 Range Rover safety ratings are not yet available. However, it’s worth noting that every 2022 Range Rover comes standard with a full suite of driver-assistance features, including automatic emergency braking, front and rear parking aids, lane keep assistance, and a lane departure warning.
Everything from Blind Spot Monitor to Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go is available for those who move down the lineup, and that means this vehicle is a great choice for safety-conscious Corona and Orange County drivers.
